Lobby Re-positioning & Branding: 500 Boylston
Role - Design Lead (RFP)
Status - Project Won, In-progress
I led the RFP on rethinking and revitalizing the lobby area of 500 Boylston in downtown Boston. The client was seeking a cost-effective way to strategically leverage the existing architecture while creating a new, usable environment that provides welcoming amenity space for the tenants and their guests. I introduced new branding and wayfinding elements to orient visitors, as there were two entry points. A cafe and co-working area, along with the introduction of greenery, helped create an inviting and elevated space. The project was awarded as a result of this work.
